Credit balances, I contact insurance companies, patients, and check EOBs so that I know why we have credits on account. We are a billing company for many radiology groups and my responsibilities vary per the practice. I also have posted insurance and patient payments although it is not my normal daily work.

Accounts payable, accounts receivable when needed. Responsible to approve credit lines for the business. All entries into quickbooks. Ordered office supplies, worked with unhappy customers.
