During my time with SunPro/ADT Solar, I have worked multiple positions. I have been in charge of customer service, including reaching out to customers providing updates, receiving phone calls/emails/texts. I was in charge of updating profiles and then I moved and I was in charge of verifying billing information, reaching out to finance companies, inputting information, and being in communication with sales representatives and supervisors as well.
