Being an Eagle Scout requires being a leader and showing active service to my community. Was the leader and planner for a personal community service project. I worked closely with the City of Redlands Horticultural Society and oversaw 20 volunteers in refurbishing a park space. Oversaw risk management practices and ensure the safety of the volunteers during community projects. Organized volunteers and taught them how to operate and aid in the project.
