
Having 3 years of experience in a supervised kitchen I have learned the basic needs to handle and cook food. I am looking for more experience in a kitchen to further improve my skills and pursue in culinary arts.
•handle dairy products and stocking them with the FIFO rule
• The organization ran a catering and community service for businesses or people that needed help usually helping feed over 50 to 100 people.
• I would help out in the kitchen by either assisting in cooking or baking depending on what we were making food for.
• With my experience with food our mentor tasked me with cooking on some of our catering events which was very successful.
