Decant (October 2020-December 2020)

AFE Pack (January 2021-Present):

• Grabbing orders from the chute and packing with care for customers.
• Using 'Power Zone,' such as bending, squatting, and lifting, to grab items from the chute.

AFE Gift Wrapper (November 2021-Present):

• Wrapping items in gift wrap bags for customers, before packing them in the designated box.

AFE Sort (February 2022-Present):

• Handling items that are 50 lbs heavy, enabling me to use my 'Power Zone' to prevent injuries.
• Putting items in the correct chute for packers to pack.

Ambassador (October 2022-Present):

• Greets and welcomes new associates with positive attitude, as well as ensuring associates have the proper training and knowledge to perform their roles confidently and diligently.
• Includes two days of training, which allows me to be fully engaged with associates.
• Explains and coaches associates with correct materials for their right path.
• Assuring associates follow safety protocols to prevent injuries and getting in trouble.

PG (Process Guide) (March 2023-May 2023) Hand Picked:

• Validating needs of associates who face certain issues on stations.
• Responding to andons and fixing jams, allowing me to be both proactive and reactive.
• Providing support for PA's (Process Assistant) and AM's (Area Manager).
• Staffed associates in stations, also observing walls, making sure it meets the required rate by the end of the day.
• Checking each station to make sure it is working properly and ready for associates to work in.

SLAM Operator (September 2023-Present):

• Resolving packaging errors before sending to customers.
• Addressing mistakes with packers and demonstrating the correct way to prevent such mistakes from happening again.
