Inspects, troubleshoots, adjusts, repairs and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of aircraft engines, systems and components on a variety of engines, using Personal Protection Equipment, in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturer’s specifications, Duncan Aviation approved procedures, and customer specifications.

• Provide air charter services to the Bahamas for AUTEC/Navy Operations. Conduct Pre/Post/Thru flight Inspections for launch and recovery along with scheduled & unscheduled maintenance and repair of the Beechcraft 1900D/King Air under Part 135 FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, DOD and company policies.

• Responsible for full engine tear downs and rebuilds in accordance with MRO/FAR 145 Repair Station maintenance manuals and procedures.

• Pre/Post flight Inspections for launch and recovery along with maintenance and repair of the USAF E-9A Aircraft by FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies. Responsible for the completion of all flight/maintenance logbook recordings and reviews.

• Installs and removes engines on test stands, and operates, evaluates, and performs test stand functions on engines. Accomplishes operator maintenance on test stands. Inspects and maintains engine ground support equipment. Operates and performs inspections on related support equipment. Selects, uses, and cares for special tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
• Removes, installs, inspects, repairs, and modifies engines, engine modules and components. Advises, performs troubleshooting, and determines repair procedures on aircraft engines. Diagnoses and repairs malfunctions using technical publications. Solves maintenance problems by studying drawings, wiring and schematic diagrams, and analyzing operating characteristics of aircraft engines.
