Attended Basic training and AIT from Feb 2021-August 2021 Working as an automated logistical specialist, I used my skills I learned throughout Army career to accomplish my drills and a deployment with my unit to Africa from Feb 2023 - Feb 2024.

• Managed inventory levels for optimal cost savings and minimal stockouts.
• Coordinated incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain schedules.
• Tracked and managed transfer paperwork such as packing lists.
• Validated inventory levels and updated systems using handheld devices.

As a retail associate I performed duties to load/unload freight, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness of building and help customers.

• Answered customer questions about products and services, helped locate merchandise, and promoted key items.
• Opened, shelved and merchandised new products in visually appealing and organized displays for optimal sales promotions.
• Maintained a clean and welcoming store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

As an apprentice I helped alongside a Journeyman and assisted in commercial and residential calls.

• Used testing instruments such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, and multimeters.
• Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, and circuit breakers.
• Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers.
• Spliced, joined and connected wire to fixtures and other electrical components.

As a customer service rep, I helped with updating and starting gym memberships, instructing on gym equipment, and maintained cleanliness of the equipment.

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
• Answered customer telephone calls promptly to avoid on-hold wait times.
• Maintained clean and orderly checkout areas by mopping floors, emptying trash cans and wiping down surfaces.

A summer job while still in school, I assisted in delivering parts, helping with organization in the shop and maintenance around building.
