Hello, My Name is Justin. I am a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking individual. I give my full effort in everything that i do. I am a quick learner and take constructive criticism well. I am always willing to learn new things. I work well with others and in stressful situations I am able to keep my calm, there is nothing that I cant do without some training.
Here is a little background about myself. I started firefighting in 2015. The very first fire company I joined was Landsowne fire company in Pennsylvania (Station 19), then I moved to Delaware and in 2016 i later became a part of Hockession fire company (Station 19). As time went on i then became a part of Cranston Heights fire company (Station 14) and after that is when i finally became a member of Belvedere fire company (Station 30). In 2017 I went through the New Castle County Fire Academy. I was in the 3rd ever recruit class. I graduated with my firefighter NFPA I & II also getting my Hazmat Awareness and Operations certificates. I am currently a lieutenant at Belvedere Fire Company. I also have my ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, and 700.
Also, I was in Civil Air Patrol (Air Force Auxiliary) for five years. During that time I completed all the basic requirements and graduated the honor guard academy in Fayetteville North Carolina. I enjoyed it so much i went back a second year. The program showed me great leadership skills on how to take charge when necessary and how to become a better person by using the traits and things they taught us and applied it to the real world.
