Currently serves as the unit's Action Officer, an O7 command supporting six divisions augmenting HQDA, Army Operations Center, Army National Guard Emergency Operations Center, National Military Command Center, Defense Threat Reduction Agency and other governmental partners in the National Capitol Region. Serves as the unit's Operations Sergeant Major for over 100 personnel; advises the Commander regarding unit training and system's logistical functions. Responsible for mission operation coordination and management, including weapons qualifications, the Army Combat Fitness Test and augmentation support to mission Interagency partners: FEMA, DTRA, National Guard Bureau, Homeland Security and White House Operations. Utilized strategic scrutiny while serving as the Task Force Guardian Command Sergeant Major during Operation Capitol Response I and II and the 59th Presidential Inauguration National Special Security Event; developed a brigade level staff during the deployment of over 25,000 National Guard forces from all 50 States to secure the safe and peaceful transition of power.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and readiness for the 74th Troop Command (Brigade) consisting of nine (9) units and more than 660 Soldiers. Duties include implementing training plans, logistical ammunition forecasts, facilities requests, equipment for organizational training events / exercises while supporting domestic operations. Supervises Brigade operations; plans, coordinates, supervises and participates in activities pertaining to organization, training, combat strategies and intelligence of units at Battalion or higher. Established and coordinated resource workshops, meetings and briefings. Provide tactical and technical guidance to subordinates while evaluating Soldiers professional development, accomplishments and experienced response readiness.

Lateral move from PANG to DCNG generating and analyzing Computer Hazard Modeling to determine the extent of contamination and protective actions in the event of a CBRNE incident. Established liaison with Intergovernmental agencies involved in hazard prediction modeling. Maintained unit operations center and tracked unit support to the Incident/Unified Commander while effectively executing tactical operations. Managed Defense Travel System (DTS), Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), Unit Statistical Report (USR) and the Digital Training Management System (DTMS). Responsible for sustaining and transporting $1.5 million in equipment.
