9 Months- At Jersey Mike's, we’re never not busy, so it’s important to have that focus and stamina to keep up, but it’s also detrimental to have empathy and a good attitude and know how to communicate with people. I was at Jersey Mike's for a few months and in that time I gained a lot of skill in many different areas of the workplace but possibly the most important lessons here to me were the greater sense of teamwork and adaptability it taught me.
