
Charlotte native with well over ten years of restaurant experience and five years of Management experience not including shift lead/PIC role. Experienced in menu development, inventory management, cost reduction, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Enjoy creating relationships with other staff members and making sure everyone is acknowledged for their accomplishments, and when coaching is needed, making sure to make them feel like it is real coaching and working with them to improve instead of simply talking down to them and saying "do better".
Cooking in the work place and also for family and friends is a huge passion of mine and i take pride in everything i serve no matter who i am serving it to.
On a more personal note, I am an avid golfer, anime enthusiest, have been referred to as a "social chamelion" as i can blend in and make friends with just about anybody, I have a fiance that i will be getting married to at the end of april and a baby girl on the way due in mid september!
