Learned collaboration and teamwork principles while working with Midtown Home Improvements. While being able to work with them during the summer, I gained the traits of critical thinking, improvising, and communication skills. These traits could easily be used to enhance any work/problems I work on.

Developed leadership skills and effectively managed difficult situations. During this time, I was able to work around every position during this job, whether it was waiting tables, bussing, or helping the cooks. I've also learned the importance of staying calm in high complex situations.
