Began working as a seasonal boat cleaner and over five years advanced through various positions like dock hand, boat runner, forklift operator, as well as two seasons as an intern where I trained and provided leadership to new staff.

• Managed a gas dock during peak hours refueling and servicing boats with an emphasis on safety and premier customer service.
• Internships involved staff management responsibilities and projects like creating the first operations training manual.
• Annually trained in fire safety procedures by the local FD.
