• Implemented and managed a backhaul program for our over the road fleet. Generated $50,000/month in revenue.
• Designed a crossdock system for our customers to better serve their warehousing/logistical needs. Customized and tailor fitted each experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

2009-2014 - Day Operations / Warehouse Manager

• On the ground management of multiple departments that made up our daily operation. These included shipping, receiving, quality control and inventory control. Had direct reports from each that I would work closely with to create operational success.
• Was responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment 365 days a year. Sat on the HAACP board and participated in all audits with our food safety coordinator.
• Saved costs, negotiating vendor pricing for maintenance/power equipment and supplies.
