Provided direct representation and assistance, including guidance, training and execution of policy related matters to and for bargained employees in thirteen different corporate retail locations.

Was the first line of communication between employees and leadership ranging from Assistant Managers to Director of Sales for the entire Oklahoma market.

• Face to face consultation with customers, offer solutions based on customer’s needs
• Educate customers on plans, phones and features, and home services and AT&T technologies with thorough demos and education of services
• Provide customers with detailed documents of cost and services with expert knowledge and patience
• Perform management duties, temporary Manager on Duty when requested, assisting representatives in resolving customer escalations using exceptional knowledge of company policies and resources.
