As a Back Of House Assistant Team Leader, I was in charge of being an example for the team and sometimes leading shifts and setting up the next shifts for success. I also make sure the kitchen is well kept, clean, and running properly.

Some of my day to day tasks were:

• deep cleaning areas that only leaders were allowed to do
• ordering and putting away truck for the store
• running shifts
• keeping the team productive
• making sure our productivity is high

I also have around 6+ months of experience in department 615 as a contractor of Aerotek. I have done nearly every position and gained as much knowledge about the department as I could.
