
Versatile Operations Manager handling all types of tasks with an efficient and hardworking mindset. Manages operational needs as well as event planning, overseeing event set up, operations and take down. Bringing 22 years of related experience.
I started at the String Summit as assistant to the vending coordinator my first year. My second year I was then put in charge as parking coordinator. For the next serval years I was the only direct assistant to the operations manager, eventually taking over that job in 2014.
I left String Summit for two years, and came back as over night operations and security manager, and am still part of the operations team to this day.
Head Parking Coordinator for Summer Meltodown. My responsibilities included physical layout of parking lots, RV lots and car camping lots. I was also responsible for the set up and execution of the festivals ingress plan.
I worked directly with the festival promoter in the set up and operation of the festivals. This included staffing all parking and trash volunteers. Staffing and working directly with the security company during the event. Running the box office, money counting, and the settling with bands.
I started as a general security guard for this company, working music festivals in Ohio as gate security, and eventually front of stage security. We did all events at Nelson's Ledges Quarry Park, and the Hookahville Festivals.
I worked my up to supervisor, in charge of directly responding to incidents. I stayed on with the company when they moved their operations from Ohio to Eugene Oregon, and was the security company for the Northwest String Summit, Bi-Mart Country Music Festivals, and Cape Blanco Music Festival.
I started with Sunshine Daydream working the Box Office, collecting money bags, counting the gate, sorting money, and settling with the bands.
When the founder of Sunshine Daydream passed away in 2010, I assumed full control of promoting and producing festivals at Sunshine Daydream.
I started as a regular volunteer for the Hookahville festivals parking cars and picking up trash. I was then promoted to a supervisor position in charge of placing volunteers for the parking lots and managing the post show clean up efforts.
When Trickle Productions took over, I was then the head volunteer coordinator in charge of staffing, scheduling and along with managing the physical layout of parking lots and and trash clean up during the event.
Using my Wilderness First Responder certification I responsible for staffing and manning of the medical facilities for the weekend festival.
