Throughout my tenure as CxA with PBI Commissioning Group I have completed several Commissioning projects, from small mechanical projects, to large scale multi-discipline projects.
I have the most experience and knowledge with HVAC system commissioning, however, I have conducted Commissioning of systems including:

- Lighting
- Plumbing
- Building Envelope
- Low/Medium Voltage Electrical
- Utility Monitoring
- Utility Metering
Although there are disciplines that I have not conducted Commissioning on to-date, there is no project that I would be unwilling to complete.

I am the Lead Commissioning Authority for PBI Commissioning Group. I have held this title since receiving my certification from ACG in January of 2019.
I am responsible for reviewing submittals, creating CX Plans, creating Pre-Functional and Functional Performance templates, drafting CX Reports, performing site inspections, completing Functional Testing, conducting meetings and managing projects through CX Alloy.

After receiving my TBE Certification from AABC in September of 2018, I took on the responsibility of the sole certifying TBE for Precision Balance, Inc.
My duties include: Reviewing submittals and contract drawings, managing project schedules, managing crews of technicians, submitting RFI's, performing training of technicians, attending meetings, reviewing and finalizing TAB reports, conducting project take-offs for RFPs, maintaining fleet maintenance of company vehicles and participating in commissioning activities.
