Accomplishments

I regularly lead my deployed teams with claims closed efficiently during expected cycle time on nearly every deployment during my time as a WCCS claims specialist.

I have received compensation many times as acknowledgement from management for my performance, policy holder satisfaction, and agent satisfaction.

I lead team huddles, taking on management role of accurately assessing progress and areas of struggle within my team.

I accomplished working pre-litigation and from that became very confident in my ability to write quality letters.

I am consistently relied on to handle large and complex claim volumes.

I was offered the TWA training position in 2025-2026, where I went on field deployments to assist new to role claim handlers in grasping the needed skills and workflow to handle
claims to the best of their ability. I am capable of working with claims specialists virtually, in person and in the field to upskill the work force and help provide customers, agents and management with positive interactions. I created motivation to settle claims on site to reduce turn around time and provide accurate/efficient estimates and results for customers. I developed proximity assist knowledge to help claim specialists work through coverage questions and coverage specific issues that may arise while working these claims.

I am currently in a development group to prepare for the role of a deployed claims team manager.
