Provide comprehensive counsel on various corporate matters including the creation of new lines of business, mergers and acquisitions and international business expansion.

Draft and manage employee training programs for the promotion of awareness of legal responsibility and ethical conduct across all of the law firm's lines of business.
Manage external client audits, due diligence and related remediation.
Collaborate with each of the law firm's departments to assist in compliance program development and documentation.
Mentor staff in the legal department, including train on policies and daily operations.
