Role and Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring/delivery managers and other business stake holders to develop and propose recruitment strategies to meet business needs in time.
• Involved in market research and crafting creative sourcing strategies to hire top talent by analyzing industry information, company research, organizational charts, talent insights, labor market information and overall trends and then collaborating with sourcing and recruiting team and sharing recruitment strategy.
• Identifying potential candidates through creative active/passive sourcing techniques to build the candidate pipeline.
• Mentoring the sourcing team on creative sourcing techniques and scheduling team on the use of latest tools.
• Demonstrate phenomenal teamwork and partnership within the Talent Acquisition team and cross functional groups (Compensation, HR Business Partners, Immigration, Onboarding, and Offer Generation) to drive the recruiting process.
• Presenting demand vs fulfillment dashboard to Talent Acquisition and practice leadership on weekly basis.
• Heavy Client Services responsibilities includes managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
