While being a security professional my duties consisted of observe and report. I monitored security cctv and surrounding area of client property. Completing daily activity log of my duties and work task of the day. I also handled high volumes of calls to my site, answered the phone in a professional manner and handled all questions and concerns.

My duties as a concierge I handled guest complaints with professionalism, resolving issues quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. While streamlining the front desk operations for improved efficiency and reduced wait times for over 150 to 200 guests and residents. I maintained up-to-date knowledge of area attractions and events to provide accurate information to guests. I collaborated with team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, while efficiently handling high volumes of phone calls up to 100 calls a day remaining professional under pressure.
