Kaden Kaphingst

I'm a 19 year old who has always dreamed of going in to the Law Enforcement profession. In order to do this, I've taken advantage of every opportunity presented to me to further my education of this profession. The last year working for the City of Fond Du Lac as a Community Service Officer has taught me a lot regarding the importance of building positive community relations. Being able to go to community events and have people recognize me, give me a hug, and talk to me like we're life-long friends is very rewarding. Through this job, I've learned the importance of effective communication and the ability to de-escalate people who are very upset. This experience has proven to me that I picked the correct profession and there is nothing I'd rather do.
