Working at Freddy's as my first job broke me out of an anti-social shell I had, turning me into a vocal and active member of a close-knit team. By working in direct contact with customers, I gained valuable first-hand experience handling customer complaints and solving problems. When I left Freddy's and began at Jadex, it was a cultural shock going from a fast-paced environment to a personal-speed environment. However, I adapted quickly and rose to being considered one of the top employees; I was even entrusted with a special project by the owner himself. Every new job isn't just a paycheck; it is a valuable life experience that grows me as a person.
