- At Rockin Crab I would attend to customers upon entry, help customers get seated or I would help customers select food and beverages, then I would take their orders and answer questions or make recommendations then I would handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude, and make sure that their bill was issued and their payment was accepted. I liked to collaborate with other team members. When I went to the back to pack I made sure that everything they needed was in the bag and up to the front on time. I always did all my side work and made sure the draw was good for the next shift/day.
