Work History

Associate Compensation Analyst

The TImken Company
01.2024 - 09.2025
  • Short Term Incentive Plan Design: I was apart of the design and execution of over 100 short-term incentive plans in over 30 different countries worldwide. I created visually compelling target-setting frameworks that align with organizational goals. I collaborated with leadership teams to establish competitive, performance-driven structures that would support and ensure consistency with the company's mission of fostering a high-performance workforce. I played a key role in enhancing plan effectiveness and employee motivation on a global scale.
  • Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) Forecasting: Supported the forecasting and analysis on a quarter-end basis of short-term incentive plans, including metric forecasting, and overall plan forecasting across global operations. Would create visual models of forecast and forecasted payouts to then present to the individual businesses and their respected leadership teams.
  • STIP Allocation Cycle: Supported the end-to-end STIP allocation cycle for both international and domestic workforces. Ensured accuracy by validating international and US eligible earnings. Collaborated daily with local HR teams to assess employee eligibility for incentive payouts, reviewing termination reports and came up with resolutions that complied across varying country law and eligibility rules and regulation. Supported backend operations to ensure seamless data uploads and payout processing across the organization. Educated managers on performance review best practices and guided them in effectively distributing STIP budgets within their teams.
  • Executive Compensation: Played a pivotal role in developing executive compensation frameworks to our Board of Directors, driving the approval process for officer incentive plans. Created detailed presentations supported by comprehensive market data and benchmarking analysis to inform decision-making. Collaborated closely with leadership teams to ensure compensation structures aligned with organizational goals and competitive market standards, fostering a high-performance executive team.
  • Quarter-End Stock Distribution: Assisted in the coordination and execution of quarter-end stock distribution processes for long-term incentive plan participants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Maintenance: Managed and maintained all accounting files for LTIP participants, ensuring data integrity, and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
  • Deferred Compensation Plan Support: Performed end of month reconciliations for Deferred Compensation Plan participants. I also created quarter end accounting distribution reports and ensured all month-end files balanced out and the proper elections for participants were accounted for.
  • Power BI Functionality: Built dashboards for quarter end processes to provide more visually appealing models for data, in order to help better 'tell the story' for leadership teams and support decision-making processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnered with HR, finance, and other teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for compensation plan adjustments and improvements.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Utilized advanced Excel and compensation software tools to compile, analyze, and report compensation data to senior leadership and officers.
