I loved how this place was one of the locals favorite spots. I got to know a lot of people and enjoyed memorizing their names and orders to make a more personalized experience.

I worked the bar for the most part and would be in charge of making drinks for the entire restaurant. Changed kegs and kept the space clean by bussing my own tables.

Fast paced environment. Have to work well with others and always on your feet ready to help.

Was in charge of taking drink and food orders from anyone inside and outside of the lodge that requested it. Helped with line control and stocking.

• Very large climbing gym with continuous members and guests, I got to greet and check in
• Answer any questions, made sure wavers were filled out and performed orientations
• Floor checks to make sure everyone was following safety guideline
• Lead top rope qualification/tests.

• Worked efficiently by streamlining deliveries and order taking
• Helped team members regularly, jumping in to take on extra work and back up busy servers
• Handled numerous amounts of customers per shift by maintaining well-stocked and organized glassware, drink supplies, and garnishes
• This particular job taught me how to properly handle upset guests, due to understaffed kitchen staff

• There would always be a lot going on so I learned skills such as proper prioritizing, keeping guests updated on food wait times, bussing and getting drinks out quickly
