My responsibilities is to service my accounts to sell and to provide laundry services. We have a responsibility to meet quota every month by volume and if goals are met we receive bonuses and commission. Commission is issue out every week for disposables such as restaurant supplies and for Linnen rentals we received commission pay out 90 days afterwards.
I enjoy my responsibilities here at Mission Linnen supply, but resigning due to poor management and excessive physically demanding.
Although I truly have a strong passion and heart for providing customer service but I am currently resigning this position to look for a company that provides better perks and more relaxing work environment with good management.
Omni cable is a distributor in selling wire and electrical cable for numerous purposes. Mainly my experience at Omni cable was sales and warehouse I was forklift certified. 3 months later I was assign in direct sales sometimes with established companies or leads cold calling it was difficult at times although having my sales force tools and (CRM) made it a lot easier to navigate. I truly enjoy my experience working here most of the time. I’m a people person. I’ll truly enjoy meeting their needs satisfying my customers. The beginning stages was difficult but once you built that connection with your clients and you become personal friends with, and it makes your job a lot easier!
I left Omni cable because I wanted to be self employed and start my own clothing business and I was for 2 years and slightly after the quarantine my business went left I enjoyed working independently and doing my own thing it was fun but it was a risk that I chose to take. Sometimes in life you have to take risk and that’s exactly what I did.
At Cintas I was working in Route service sales rep or SSR I will have my own route where I service different accounts providing the merchants with the items they need, servicing them the uniforms and preparing for special uniform samples, when the customer is interested in inquiring a uniform from our catalog we will do special campaign giving uniforms for the customer to try out for a giving contract time.
I was responsible for establishing new accounts and reaching my quarterly quota by selling a certain amount of catalog items.
Some of the customers we had was broad from independent sole proprietorship or either corporations we had serviced several non established companies that needed uniforms and other goods such as:
Bathroom Safety Aid kits
Kitchen mats
Sanitizing their kitchen or either their work space
Delivering uniforms and even at times cleaning their laundry. We had a whole spectrum of services. We had a special selling campaign on who can sell the most goods and I was in second place establishing new accounts for MDR.
The MDR team is responsible for marketing development representative, maintaining their accounts and coming up with strategies to grow their business I was responsible for making new accounts and providing services.
IN-N-OUT-BURGER was my first Job! I was 16 years old at the time living in Sacramento I was a level one and went all the way up to a level 5 part-time cook. I was on the grill making burgers and occasionally assisting the part time manager. I was there for roughly 3 years I like the job because of the customer service and communicating with people, that was the fun experience was the brotherhood. IN-N-OUT is a Christian company that was the great the environment was so heart warming that What the best part of it.
I was an ALL STARR ⭐️ for the Dallas location 2014 opening up the new store the first staff opening up the store and that day was challenging over 350 people standing and line waiting to be serve. I truly enjoy my experienced working at IN-N-OUT-BURGER
I was also recognized for leader of the quarterly providing excellent customer service 3 months without no mistakes.
