At this position I have provided services for the Information Technology Help Desk at my University. This is a part time position where my duties include assisting students with creating ID cards, answering phone calls to assist customers with any IT-related issues, and so on. All other duties may be quite random, but I enjoy providing the help for people that they may need.

At Vitamin Shoppe, I assisted customers with health and fitness related issues, which is my true passion. With my time spent at Vitamin Shoppe, I learned about supplementation, health, the human body, and customer service skills. I received many compliments from customers saying that they were pleased with the information I gave them.
