I believe the most important part of working any customer service job is to imagine yourself in the customer's shoes. How would I like to be served? How would I like to be greeted? etc. I excel at that mindset! I always greet a customer with a warm welcome and a smile, I make sure to be on top of refilling drinks, removing empty plates and cups, checking up on everyone to find out if they are enjoying their meals and quickly fixing anything they might be unsatisfied with. I often get praise by my customers for my excellent service.
