Kalen Musolff

Richmond,ME

Summary

I believe I am a hardworking individual and no matter what task is assigned to me I always want to make sure the job gets finished. The military has cemented that in my brain "Failure is not an option" type thought. Though I know not everything will always be accomplished on time but at the start of the assignment or mission that is the goal, complete the mission. I also always have an open mind even if I think something needs to be done a certain way, if a better idea or strategy is presented I wont hesitate to change direction to make sure the task gets completed. If you get stuck in the old ways and just go with, this is how it is done than nothing will ever change or get better you need to be willing to adapt and if the thought or plan is justified I don't hesitate to make that adjustment.

  • Read blue prints and trace out pipe systems that are at test.

I make sure the system is installed the correct way and identify defects are fixed that I find.
  • Once I begin testing hydro systems I make sure connections to hook into the system that I am testing and first test it with air, once holding air I than put water into the system at a higher pressure to fine the rest of the leaks.
  • once I get the system holding steady pressure with water I then set up a sell it with SUP SHIP and walk the segment with them, once they are happy with it we then fill out paper work I put our official names on so we can submit that the pipe segment I tested has been sold.
