
Took an interest in the culinary arts in high school when I took two culinary classes. In these classes, I honed my skills in preparing food, mostly breakfast, lunch, and other foods such as bread, homemade pasta, and sauces. I Demonstrated the ability to adapt and solve problems creatively, underlining my commitment to culinary excellence and teamwork. I also had a seasonal position at Stew Leonard's in the BBQ department. In this position I packaged, priced, and displayed products showcasing meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in the quantity of products needed.
