Loading and Unloading: Receive and unload bulk mail sacks, pouches, and parcels from delivery trucks

Sorting and Processing: Separate and route incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate delivery zones, operate mail-canceling machines, and face letter mail.

Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and building controls to detect suspicious activity or safety hazards

Patrols: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of both the interior and exterior perimeters to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.

Reporting & Documentation: Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs of patrol activities and visitors traffic

Access Control: Manage facility entry points, verify employee credentials, and issue guest passes to prevent unauthorized entry.
