When I was a cashier it was my responsibility to check out the customers and make sure I maintain a fast pace while doing so

I currently am a Sacker at foodtownAs a Sacker, I bag the items when the cashier scans them and passes them to me and make sure all of the customers items are bagged correctly of their liking and put securely in the cart and if they need a what we call a “carry out” then that Sacker helps the customer take the basket of items to their car and unloads it for them. I also keep the baskets where they are supposed to be outside and make sure our ice fridge inside of the store is filled at all times for customer to get ice from. I also help put boards on our cigarettes and baby formula section of the store.
As a Floors Person, I sweep the entire store every hour and clock it after every sweep is done. I also make sure restrooms are kept clean and any spills that happen I clean up around the store.
As a stocker, I only did it two times and I stocked the frozen area of the store and I stocked the bread area

• Kept check-out areas clean, organized and well-stocked to maintain attractive store.
• Collected payments and provided accurate change.
• Counted money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure amounts were correct.
