• Apply architecture principles and designs, and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to the team.
• Estimate efforts to develop cost-effective, and robust cloud solutions (Snowflake) for clients.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical documents.
• Interview data architects and grow account in the USA.
• Help develop capabilities in the Mexico and India delivery centers by training and mentoring resources.

• Analyze system requirements and design systems using ETL tools, such as Informatica.
• Lead developers during the implementation phase and help resolve any technical challenges.
• Build solutions, test them and move them to production following the change approval process.
• Facililate knowledge transfer sessions across teams.
• People manager for 12 resources working across different client locations.

• Involved in requirement analysis, design, and development phases using Informatica ETL.
• Perform data loads within data warehouse and maintain the overall health of data warehouse.
• Work with project management to improve efficiency of the processes and ensure adherence to the SLAs.
• People Manager for 8 resources across different IBM locations.

• Resolve support incidents for the data warehouse.
• Coordinate with onsite teams for critical issues.

• Source system analysis and impact on the data warehouse performance.
• Develop mappings in Informatica, test and deploy the code to production.
• Peformance tuning of long running jobs.
