  • Resolve member issues and complaints beyond entry-level, and follow up with the conflict resolutions MSRs perform independently and evaluate the success of the solutions provided
  • Exhibit analytically sound decision-making in a timely manner, and I'm able to quickly grasp concepts and ideas which provides my superiors with flexibility as I am able to help with coverage of tasks outside of the scope of my general role. Examples of this include filing and maintaining perfected liens for the indirect lending department, uploading/scanning and filing indirect and other lending documents, retaining and organizing information we are required to retain and dispose of them appropriately when the mandated holding time expires, on occasion I would assist processing with data entry or in any department desiring additional aid.
