When I had first started my full-time position at a nursing home called St. John Newman‘s rehabilitation and nursing home, I was given the opportunity to be a recreational assistant. I had little experience and knowledge of the position, but was given position due to my determination to learn. I from then was given multiple raises, along with a few promotions into higher positions. I had worked my way up to a Director’s position, which is one of the highest positions in the building. I worked not only with my company, but other companies on the outside such as lawyers and families of residence and doctors and hospitals.
