I have a lot of responsibilities with keeping everything clean and making sure the kitchen is stocked in order to provide the best and quickest service for our guests. I have trained many new servers hired, I have managed to teach them our restaurant procedures and how to uphold the companies service standards. I was a cashier, I calculated prices and processed transactions. I was also responsible for facing all of the products within the store, monitoring aisles, restocking the shelves, and doing the inventory for the products. I was also there to provide information for the customers, help them navigate where to go for what they were getting. I was responsible for cleaning the store once closed and shutting all of the registers down and locking up the grocery store. I monitored all customers for fraud or theft.

I trained new servers, I taught them our restaurant procedures and showed them what was to be expected from them. I took phone orders for customer pick up or delivery, I also delivered to people when there was time available.
