  • Led multiple teams to achieve company goals: I have often successfully managed the business during my shift as the Leader On Duty, and been recognized by the District Manager for my level of strategic planning to ensure process completion. Directly managed a total of five separate team ranging in size from four to fifty. During my leadership, each of these teams experienced positive metric results. Each location benefited from improvements I made impacting productivity, and accurate execution of brand integrity.
  • Fostered team member development: I have often been called upon to train multiple levels of leadership among the district ranging in recently promoted team leaders to store managers that are new to the company. Through consistent application of feedback and constructive critique tailored to each employee, I have obtained marked individual improvement from my team. Developed associates to become successful Team Leaders as well as Managers by training, communication, and consistent follow up.
  • Improved KPI's to align with business expectations to deliver results that improve the bottom line: Monitor Key Metrics daily and communicate those findings to my team and coach on ways to improve based on those findings.
