  • Work with store setup coordinators to ensure fixtures and product are in place and ready for new store openings.
  • Monitor daily/weekly Regional/District performance surveys and reports and identify areas of opportunity. Formulate plans to take advantage of those areas and track the implementation and success of those plans.
  • Attend trade shows as both a spectator, to become familiar with new product lines, and as an exhibitor to showcase company products.
  • Partner with Director of Sales, Director of Operations, Region Sales Team, on any quality issues, promotional displays, what’s working in the field and areas of improvement
