  • We catered for many local wineries, including DuMol, Emeritus, Balletto, Hook and Ladder and Iron Horse
  • Oversaw a crew of 9 cooks and ran the kitchen on a day to basis, including scheduling, menu planning, ordering and plating execution
  • We sold in 2022 as we prepared for our next venture
  • Opened in 2001 this was our passion project
