- In the last year, I have built a very strong problem-solving team. I tackle all projects side by side with my AAs. My team has met all goals set by Operations on a consistent basis.
- I developed a quip that allows me to keep track of my team's progress and barriers. The quip allows me to make decisions about where my AAs are the strongest and where they need more training. I remove their barriers with training, one on one support and encouragement. I have the majority of my AAs cross-trained in different areas to encourage their personal growth and knowledge of problem-solving solutions in all areas of the facility. Cross-training allows the AAs to be labor-shared throughout the building, preventing boredom, encouraging productivity, reducing safety incidents, and support of operational goals.
- I started Project Starship. The project consists of a folder with all the information AAs need to aid them in becoming PAs. It is called Project Starship because it focuses on the STAR method and includes an outline AAs can use to explain their stories in the STAR method format.
- I collaborate daily with Operations to achieve project objectives, meet deadlines, and provide the needed support for all areas of the building.

- In the months leading up to Peak 2023, I was put in charge of the War Room for Afe2 Pack. Due to having a team of almost 80% new AAs, I needed to lower DPMO in any way possible. I created a training document that included all the information not in the original associate training, but is pertinent to quality. I personally retrained all of the RT AFE2 Pack, over 250 AAs.
- During that time, the RT shift was able to eliminate 96% of kick-outs due to hazmat labels. Slam lines were experiencing 20 to 50 hazmat kickouts per period. I was able to reduce kickouts to fewer than 5 per period. Hazmat labels went from being the second-leading reason for kickouts to almost non-existent.
- Proficient with Atlas, Kabana, Durable, and FCLM to keep track of quality and production metrics.
- Consistently identifying and eliminating production and quality barriers while delivering pack rates hourly to keep AAs motivated and on track.
