As the youth girls' soccer coach, I am dedicated to fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment where our athletes can thrive both on and off the field. I focus on developing each player’s technical skills, tactical understanding, and teamwork, while encouraging confidence, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Through structured practices, clear communication, and individualized feedback, I strive to help each player reach their full potential. I am committed to building a strong team dynamic and ensuring that every player feels supported and valued, both during practices and games. My goal is not only to cultivate skilled soccer players, but also to help them grow into confident, responsible individuals who carry the lessons of the game into all areas of their lives. My experience in coaching, combined with my ability to communicate effectively with both players and parents, makes me confident that I can contribute to the growth and success of this job.

• Provided guidance and support to youth in developing positive behavior patterns.
• Supervised and monitored the activities of youth during recreational programs.
• Monitored progress of youth towards attainment of program objectives.
• Coordinated with parents and guardians on individualized plans for their children's success in the program.
• I coach both Winter and Spring seasons, for a total of 10 months

Over the summer, I took a seasonal job at Corona Books in Redwood City, a bookkeeping and accountability office. I worked on organizing old and new checks, delivering payments and checks for workers every week, and attending to customers.

• Received and recorded cash, checks and transfers.
• Handled accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Processed payroll, calculated wages, deductions, and issued paychecks to employees.
• Answered questions from customers regarding their billing or payment status.
• Managed vendor relationships by ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes.
• Delivered checks to offices and businesses for their weekly or bi-weekly payments.
