  • Strengthen relationships with customers at both corporate and site levels. Make sure they know I am their Account Manager and I’m here to help. Ensure they get the help they need and want to share my information with other sites and keep information for their future use. If I don’t have the answer, connect them with appropriate team members and local support to get them the help they need in timely manner.
  • Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships when needed and/or possible. Last year I went to 127 customer sites throughout the US. Also, served as main point of contact in planning for two tradeshows and worked our booth from setup to tear down.
  • Maintain company memberships and participate in events with two organizations:

-GEAPS (Grain Elevator and Processing Society), I have held each of the positions on the local chapter board for the past 5 years.

-IAOM (International Association of Operative Millers) I volunteer at local events and am the main point of contact for Donaldson at our annual tradeshow.
