Interim House Supervisor, RNIII serves as a resource for nursing staff throughout the hospital to provide administrative insight for nursing personnel while collaborating with other hospital leaders and communicating up and or down the chain of command. Responsibilities of the RNIII includes carrying a state cell phone with the ability to answer and respond to nursing staff issues, questions, incidents and emergencies. Follow up to issues with clinical direction per CMHHIP policies and procedures.

• As an RNII I am responsible for assigning and supervision of all nursing staff assigned to the unit ensuring assignments and duties are completed in compliance with CMHHIP policies while working and communicating with the Lead Nurse.
