▪Provide day-to-day customer service. Respond to carriers, internal staff, and/or broker questions
▪Coordinate with team members to ensure service and turn-around times meet Emerson Rogers standards.
▪Develop and maintain strong working relationships with carriers and internal staff.
▪Work on multiple RFP’s per day, ensuring that our internal staff receives accurate proposals in a timely matter.
▪Upload proposals into Perfect Quote, confirming their accuracy and running through the Macro in order to provide an organized and efficient excel sheet.
