• As a Senior Supervisor I have all the same jobs as I did a supervisor but I am now a key-holder to the building by myself. I now also manage a lot more of the staffing, cash handling, and the next days books depending on which shift I work. I handle our damage claims and deal with more customer service than before. I have more access to our general sales ensuring all sales for the day and the days prior are correct before being sent in to our home office. I keep track of employee and management below me scheduling for the week. I also get with our new hires and complete their onboard training; while also completing their physical training to the standards of our company.

• I help plan and organize all work positions as well as my own position. I communicate with customers daily to ensure they have the best experience possible at our location. I analyze problems and gather pertinent data to obtain a solution to make sure that our facility runs as well as possible. I in charge of counting the cash drawers and make sure that all the money is correct in each drawer and assign the drawer to each employee. I manage customer accounts, I set customers up with accounts and cancel accounts for customers and make necessary changes to accounts as appropriate. I handle maintenance needs, I fix equipment, I change chemical barrels, I check on equipment hourly to make sure that the equipment is running properly to keep things running smoothly. I work on specialized systems for Charlies Car Wash, (DRB and site watch) to make sure that I can access general sales reports. After I run these reports, I send these reports to our home office so they can see what our weekly and monthly sales reports. I work in conjunction with bookkeeping to analyze that these reports are sent and were correct. After employees are finished detailing cars, I oversee checking the customers vehicles to make sure that the quality of work holds up to the companies’ expectations.

• As my time as bookkeeper, I did payroll for our location, managing invoices from companies we were partnered with, and worked closely with our home office about documents they needed to be sent weekly. I also managed customer accounts ensuring I could fix the problem and keep our customers happy. I oversaw the daily bank deposits for the business the day before and ensure that all our transactions made that prior day were correct. I used a remote payroll system to do the payroll for our employees and provided pertinent information regarding these reports to the home office for them to double check. I purchased items for our stores for customers and employees to be able to purchase.

• My time as a team player, I cleaned customers cars to our standards to ensure customers satisfaction. I also greeted our customers whenever they would enter our interior bay, or our service booths and charged them with appropriate fees for those services. I hand dried the outside of cars as-well as helped management check ensure that the customers’ needs were met to their satisfaction.

• As a hostess I greeted customers, sat customers in a timely manner and ensured they were getting the best customer service possible when walking through the doors. I would also take names when needing to put them on a waitlist. I bussed tables for the servers when it became very busy and ran food when the servers were behind. I would also take orders from time to time if someone was busy to ensure that our guests were not waiting for a long period of time. I also maintained the cleanliness of the restaurant during and after closing to ensure the opening hosts would be ready for our customers the next morning.
