Accomplishments

  • I was promoted at Teleperformance from member services to an Executive resolution specialist because of my ability to show that I care on every single call, and resolve issues. I not only took escalated calls but I assisted other member service representatives on finding solutions and resources so that the calls had no reason to be escalated, giving the one call resolution. I enjoyed helping my fellow co workers, and I loved the members I spoke with, even if it was a difficult situation for the most part unless completely out of my control I was able to find a resolution
