I am an early childhood education professional with a strong foundation in child development and classroom management. I prioritize supporting children in growing their independence, while always being there to offer comfort and a helping hand. My goal in teaching preschool age children has always been to encourage children to find and trust their own discernment and strength to make decisions that respect others and themselves in a nurturing setting. I believe working collaboratively with one's team creates the best foundation for a positive work environment and for creative and diverse ideas to be shared. I am known for reliability, effective communication, patience, and results-driven approach to teaching. I am skilled in promoting social skills, and ensuring safe, inclusive learning space with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environments. I take pride in a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues compassionately.
