- Thoroughly cleans each and every isle in all theaters. That includes inbetween the cushions of seats and their cup holders. My job requires that I stay very observant to every mess possible.
- Monitoring the lobby for not only messes, but to refill popcorn butter at the dispensers, soda syrup cartridges at the Coca-Cola freestyle machines, and serve our guests as well. At times they will need assistance getting to theaters or have questions.
- Sometimes, our guests will notify us that their electric reclining chairs will deactivate. Meaning it's up to me to go into their auditorium and fix their seat before the film begins. I may have to lift up two chairs at once to plug in wires from underneath to get them going again.
- Every now and then, the automatic soap dispensers for the sinks in the restrooms will die. Having reload them with a fresh set of batteries and more liquid soap.
- Guests will often require help ordering tickets and food at our kiosks, from giving them refunds to buying gift cards. They will even call the company phone. Customer service and communication is key for all of these scenarios.
